Located in the district of Siddhikhurd, Madhya Pradesh, India, the project has 6 supercritical coal-fired power plant units of 660 MW each. With a power plant capacity of 3960 MW and a coal mining capacity of 20 MT per year, the project is the world’s largest integrated power generation and coal mine project and the fourth largest operational power plant in India.
