Pavlodar Tram Project – Public Transport Strategy

The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) provided support to the Pavlodar Tram Management Company to improve public transport services in the city of Pavlodar. The project aimed to significantly improve the quality of public transport in the city through the rehabilitation of the existing tram infrastructure and the acquisition of new trams, the introduction of an integrated ticketing system and improved financial and operational management of the company.

Dornier supported the city of Pavlodar in developing a comprehensive Public Transport Strategy integrating all public transport services via integrated planning, route network, ticketing and passenger information systems.
