Overview
Dornier Suntrace acted on behalf of Sponsors as Project Finance Advisor to the project. Dornier Suntrace helped set up a sophisticated financial models, advised on financing options in the international and local banking markets. In addition, Suntrace provided financial and structuring advise in relation to the basic set up of the project’s contractual framework. Suntrace wrote the Information Memorandum and assisted to obtain financing commitments from banks with an overall debt volume of over 5 bn South African Rand (EUR 500 MM).
