Nicole Thiel is head of the Analytical Solutions section in the Power and Hear business unit, and an expert in plant O&M systems.
Ms. Thiel has extensive experience in the areas of consulting and engineering services for asset reporting. Her focus ranges from the measuring point, in particular from the creation of concepts for fulfilling external and internal requirements, to report-relevant indicators such as algorithms and the balancing of power plant process data. An important aspect here is consideration of legal regulations and standards. She also has extensive experience in concept development for smart problem solvers in Excel/Access format, such as data analysis in the emissions sector, supply/disposal processes in power plants and smart documentation. In addition, she has been entrusted with standardized energy and environmental management and technical plant reporting in various projects. Her customer base chiefly comprises energy supply companies, municipal utilities, industrial site operators and local authorities.
In 2020, Ms. Thiel was involved in the Carve-Out Process project at the Vattenfall Group company Wärme Hamburg GmbH. Her responsibilities included project coordination in the re-engineering of technical asset reporting.
Ms. Thiel studied at Zittau/Görlitz University of Applied Sciences, graduating as an industrial engineer with a focus on energy management and power engineering.
