Frank Schulze is Head of Sales Europe in the Power and Heat business unit and an expert in sales.
Together with his team, Mr. Schulze is responsible for sales and acquisition of new customers as well as initial consultancy for customers in Germany and Europe, with the main focus on coordinating sales. In this role he is the link between the divisions handling the project and the customers. As an expert in sales and in the areas of energy efficiency, monitoring and digitalization, as well as for the market in Europe, he has been responsible for the acquisition and execution of various projects. His customer base includes all European customers in the Energy and Environment business line, in particular municipal utilities and industrial companies.
In 2019, Mr. Schulze was responsible for training the Azerbaijan Energy Regulatory Agency (AERA) in preparing and conducting power plant audits. His activities included preparing and conducting the training for 30 experienced power plant experts from Azerbaijan.

He has also been a speaker at the ICCI in Istanbul. In 2018, he spoke there on “What’s the story behind Plant Performance Enhancement?” and in 2019 on “Measuring hot flue gas flows”. He also spoke on “Plant Performance Enhancement” at the VGB Congress in Munich in 2018.
Mr. Schulze studied at Dresden University of Technology, graduating as a mechanical engineer (Dipl.-Ing.) and specializing in power engineering, heat supply, building services engineering and monitoring.
