Larysa Gasukha is our Head of Region for Eastern Europe and Central Asia in the Mobility business unit, Head of the Representative Office in Kiev and an institutional and mobility expert.
She joined Dornier Group in 2016 and is responsible for the business development of all of the Group’s business lines in the Eastern Europe and Central Asia region. She manages consultancy for mobility projects in terms of project management and institutional development as well as strategic planning and sustainable development. Ms. Gasukha is a highly qualified expert in economics, management and public administration. She has over 12 years of professional experience in management and coordination roles within public administration, in particular in the fields of organization and human resources management, and almost 10 years of experience in the successful implementation of urban transport projects. In addition, she also has more than 10 years of experience in the successful implementation of various projects financed by international financial institutions, in particular the World Bank, EU, EBRD, KfW and GIZ.
She held leading/key positions in the following projects:

Ms. Gasukha has authored 29 scientific publications, including three monographs.
Ms. Gasukha studied at National Academy for Public Administration under the President of Ukraine and the Institute of Economics and Management. She holds a master’s degree in Public Administration and Economics and Management. She previously worked as head of the Department of Economic Development in the State Administration in Ukraine.
