Larysa Gasukha is our Head of Region for Eastern Europe and Central Asia in the Mobility business unit, Head of the Representative Office in Kiev and an institutional and mobility expert.  

She joined Dornier Group in 2016 and is responsible for the business development of all of the Group’s business lines in the Eastern Europe and Central Asia region. She manages consultancy for mobility projects in terms of project management and institutional development as well as strategic planning and sustainable development. Ms. Gasukha is a highly qualified expert in economics, management and public administration. She has over 12 years of professional experience in management and coordination roles within public administration, in particular in the fields of organization and human resources management, and almost 10 years of experience in the successful implementation of urban transport projects. In addition, she also has more than 10 years of experience in the successful implementation of various projects financed by international financial institutions, in particular the World Bank, EU, EBRD, KfW and GIZ. 

She held leading/key positions in the following projects: 

1. Balti Trolleybus Sustainable Public Transport Plan (Moldova);
2. Development of the Sustainable Urban Mobility Plan forKharkiv(Ukraine); 
3. Ukraine Public Transport Framework – Ivano-Frankivsk Trolleybus Sub-Project–Corporate Development and Stakeholder Participation Program; 
4. Consultancy Services for the Implementation of Institutional and Policy Reforms in the Provision of Public Transport Service inEthiopia;
5. KhatlonPublic Transport Corporate Development Program inTajikistan; 
6. Integrated Urban Development in Ukraine: Sustainable Urban Mobility Plan forthePodilskyi district; 
7. Consultancy Services for Updating Organizational Structure of PTA in SaudiArabia;
8. Sustainable urban mobility plans and infrastructure projects for the Ukrainian cities of Poltava andZhytomyr;

Ms. Gasukha has authored 29 scientific publications, including three monographs.  

Ms. Gasukha studied at National Academy for Public Administration under the President of Ukraine and the Institute of Economics and Management. She holds a master’s degree in Public Administration and Economics and Management. She previously worked as head of the Department of Economic Development in the State Administration in Ukraine.
