Dr. Anton Philipp Anthofer is head of our business unit Nuclear Services.
He joined Dornier Group in 2017 and is responsible for the divisions Decommissioning Planning, Disposal Management and Planning, Packaging Planning, Repository Documentation, and Operational Radiation Protection. He is also Managing Director of the subsidiary company VPC Nukleare Dienstleistungen GmbH.
Dr. Anthofer studied mechanical engineering/power engineering at Dresden University of Technology, specializing in nuclear engineering and thermodynamics. He received his PhD with distinction and was honored with several scientific awards for his developments on laser-based cleaning of radioactively and chemically toxic contaminated surfaces.
Prior to joining Dornier Group, Dr. Anthofer was responsible for disposal management at EWN Entsorgungswerk für Nuklearanlagen GmbH.
