Isabella Staubach is our Head of Human Resources for the Dornier Group at the Berlin headquarters.

She joined the Dornier Group in 2020 and continues to drive the HR department forward with her experience as Head of HR in the areas of digitalisation, unification of HR processes and talent management.

Isabella Staubach studied psychology at the Free University of Berlin and expanded her professional and personal horizons in various companies.
