Martin Munack has been with Dornier Group as a legal officer since 2008, specializing in contract law, contract management, and quality management.

As a highly qualified legal expert with extensive experience in management consultancy, project management, compliance management systems, data protection, and business process re-engineering, he is a key member of the Dornier Group management.

Martin Munack is responsible for the development and risk analysis of tenders and contracts with our customers. He also draws up project management contracts in the field of transport projects in Germany, the European Union, the United Arab Emirates, and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and negotiates EPC contracts for groundwater projects in the latter two regions.

Another key aspect of his work involves preparing project management contracts in the real estate sector.

He is responsible for drafting and negotiating partnership agreements with cooperation partners, service providers, subcontractors, and freelancers, as well as for dealing with inquiries regarding public procurement law and drawing up model contracts and standard contract clauses.
