Supported by public funding, the project “Hamburg – Wirtschaft am Strom” aimed at advancing the electricification of Hamburg’s commercial traffic. Vattenfall Europe acted as an important project partner and was responsible for the sub-project “Charging and Storage”, in which the charging infrastructure was to be further developed with regard to smart charging, inductive charging and DC charging, and the linking with stationary battery storage devices was to be tested.
Dornier Consulting was instrumental in supporting Vattenfall Europe by providing the operational project manager and being in charge of the inductive charging and DC charging work package.
