Nabha Power Limited (NPL) was established as a special purpose vehicle (SPV) by the Punjab State Electricity Board (PSEB) to develop the Rajpura Thermal Power Project in collaboration with L&T Power Development Limited. NPL is a wholly owned subsidiary of L&T Power Development Limited.
NPL operates a 2 X 700 MW supercritical coal-based thermal power plant located in the district of Patiala, Punjab, India.
