With the publication of the Berlin 2020 Electromobility Action Program in 2011, Berlin’s E-Mobility Agency (eMO) kicked off Berlin’s coordinated activities in this area.

In a follow-up project, Dornier Consulting was commissioned to prepare an action plan that underpins the previous action program with detailed activities for implementation and extends the scope of action to also cover the German federal state of Brandenburg. These actions had to go hand in hand with the strategic guidelines and objectives of the eMO and be embedded in the planned activities of the state in connection with its application for being recognized as an “e-mobility showcase” region.
