For ENGIE at the Doel site in Belgium, we took on the design, static calculation and production of specialized shielding elements for use in areas with increased dose rates.

The shields were individually designed to meet the local requirements and operating conditions. A particular focus was placed on robust construction, effective reduction of radiation exposure and practical handling during ongoing power plant operation.

Our services were carried out in close coordination with the customer and taking into account the high safety standards in the nuclear environment.
