The Project aimed to ensure a sustainable, ecologically and hygienically safe water supply and wastewater collection in the city of Shkodra. The main objectives were to improve the technical water supply system and wastewater disposal system in the city of Shkodraand nearby village Shirokeas well as to convert UK Shkodrainto a modern customer orientated and self-financing service provider.
