A leading German automobile manufacturer was planning the construction of a new electronics integration center (EIC). The rectangular, five-story building has a partial basement, where three large rooms are used as sprinkler tanks, while the remaining basement area is mainly occupied by technical facilities. The ground floor houses repair shops to be accessed by cars up to 3.5 t GVW. The laboratories are situated one floor up on level 1, and the offices on levels 2 and 3. The building features two glazedatria from the first floor up.
