Adolf Würth Airport is developing a concept to reach climate-neutral operation. This concept is to be elaborated in stages. The solar energy potential for the airfield’s own consumption is considered. In further phases, electric charging infrastructure and measures to reduce energy consumption, e.g. for heating and cooling of buildings, are to be developed.
