MAC (Munich Airport Center) and MAC Forum are the landside developments at Munich Airport that connect terminals 1 and 2. They are also the access points to the central subway station, parking lots and bus station. MAC and MAC Forum also represent an important “Mall with Plaza” with shopping, F&B, events and other service facilities. It has been decided to refurbish the MAC and the MAC Forum to meet new standards, improve customer experience and generate maximum revenue per passenger. The intention is to optimize the commercial potential, improve the retail mix and space plan and to improve the environment with updated design and better connectivity between public spaces, shops, F&B and other services.
