Against the background of the foreseeable increase in the number of electric vehicles, the electronics company GIFAS intended to identify possible business opportunities which would combine the company’s existing expertise with future products and services relating to electric mobility.
This was to be worked out during a workshop with managers of the company, which was prepared, moderated and followed up by Dornier Consulting.
