MoMRAaims to support the initiatives of the National Transformation Program (NTP2020) and the Saudi Vision 2030 by presenting concepts and proposals for best operational practices, contractual frameworks and technologies used worldwide in the field of waste collection and transport. These shall be implemented in a unified approach, first in the Holy City of Makkah and subsequently rolled out for the major Municipalities of the Kingdom. One major objective is a “bin-free-neighborhood”.
