As part of a technical due diligence, 15 office and warehouse buildings as well as parking spaces were examined in order to determine their current condition. Following inspection by a team of specialist engineers and a subsequent discussion of the results, a six-hour tour took place in order to address the engineers’ main points in more detail. The buildings were all found to be suitable for use without restriction from a structural and static point of view. The lack of roof insulation and the relatively old windows posed problems in terms of energy efficiency. There was no acute need for renovation and repair.
