SGS expressed interest in identifying a way to utilize its company skills, expertise and experience to develop an Airport Retail Service Business. The objective of the project was to establish a strategy for SGS to implement such a business. An extensive market study was conducted. Dornier carried out a feasibility study, an assessment of the opportunities, a financial revenue assessment and proposed a market entry strategy.
