Conversion and extension measures led to the Waldhotelin Stuttgart Degerlochbeing converted from a 3-star hotel with partly listed buildings into a 4-star plus hotel. In addition to the some 100 rooms, the building complex accommodates four event and conference rooms as well as a high-end restaurant, a fitness and wellness area, and an underground car park with approx. 50 parking spaces.

The project control services mainly concerned completion of the building work in order to compensate for the lack of organizational, cost and deadline structures owing to the termination of a previous project controller contract.
