As a member of the H2 Mobility project partnership, EnBW participated in a joint initiative of the automotive industry, the gas industry, the oil industry and energy suppliers to set up a comprehensive hydrogen infrastructure in Germany. In the following years, the partners wanted to examine fundamental options for a nationwide network of hydrogen fueling stations in Germany. To this end, the options were analyzed and a joint business plan for the period after 2011 was also drawn up. During this period, EnBW participated in the construction and operation of two H2 fueling stations in Baden-Württemberg. Dornier Consulting provided a large part of the planning, approval and procurement work.
