LCAG is planning to renovate the Lufthansa Cargo Center (LCC), which was designed in the mid-seventies and which is now already partly reaching its limits of capacity. In this context, a project, which is currently to develop different variations for a future positioning of LCAG has been set up.

Due to the structure of the cargo building (cargo hall with an additional office wing) currently used by LCAG, the reconstruction affects the production areas (cargo halls) as well as the administrative office areas. The successive demolition of the existing buildings before the construction of the new LCCis inevitable.
