In Sindelfingen, a new residential experience centre with approx. 1,100 parking spaces (above ground and underground car park) was built on an approx. 3.5 hectare site on the “Sütex-Areal”. The planning was carried out by the general planner Esslinger-Deitermann-Planungsgesellschaft mbH. The “Erlebnis-Wohnzentrum” is divided into three building sections, the three floors of which, each with 15,000 m2 inside, are accessed via a three-dimensional spindle. The total sales area is approx. 40,000 m2. The building also contains a bistro and a restaurant. After a construction period of 15 months, the adventure residential centre was opened on time in March 2013.
