When the Berlin E-Mobility Agency (eMO) was established in 2011, it was also necessary to devise an action program in order to define the eMO’s future areas of activity and make them visible to the public.
Dornier Consulting was commissioned to create the content of this action program and coordinate it with the relevant stakeholders. This created the basis for the successful work of the eMO and for the advancement of electrification of mobility in the German capital.
