Improvement of supply security for Bundestag buildings
Overview
The German Bundestag plans to improve the security of supply for existing properties in Berlin. For this purpose redundant power supply systems as well as redundant heat and cold supply systems are to be implemented at specified locations.
In the run-up to the actual planning of the project, a concept study is to be prepared in order to establish the basis for further planning. 15 properties were examined. The conceptual studies were based on a connected electrical load of 5.1 MWel, a heating load of 10.9 MWthand a cooling load of 4.8 MW in the properties concerned.
