Restoration of Haus Birkach Study Center
Overview
The HausBirkachstudy center accommodates various training and educational facilities for full-time and honorary employees of the regional church.
The building measures comprised the entire structural and technical restoration of the 1970s building, mainly consisting of structural fire protection, power engineering and the other technical installations in the building. The propertyhas been a listed building since March 2010, hence a restoration concept was drawn up in line with the relevant requirements. The building was completely cleared during the construction period in 2012.
