The objective of the technical due diligence was to determine the structural and technical condition as well as potential risks of the residential building with commercial unit and underground car park. Overall, the physical structure was in a condition commensurate with the year of construction. No defects were detected during the inspection. The thermal insulation for the facade and the roof was critically assessed. Condensation and mildew were detected on some parts of the inside of the outer walls. The overall condition of the property was found to be good to satisfactory by all specialist engineers.
