The sustainable development of electromobility with the target of one million vehicles in Germany by 2020 depends in particular on the public sector as a direct demand-side player. The German Federal Ministry of Transport, Building and Urban Development (BMVBS) therefore commissioned Partnerschaft Deutschland GmbH to study whether and to what extent partnership models between the public and private sectors would be suitable for promoting the procurement of electric vehicles for public fleets. This also includes the integration of the necessary charging infrastructure. Dornier Consulting supported the client in particular withits expertise in technologies and cost structures and facilitated contacts to relevant stakeholders in the field of electromobility.
