FaSTTUbe team achieves top 10 ranking!
Since 2005, students from more than 230 colleges and universities around the world have been building racing cars and competing against each other in competitions. However, the winner is not the team that reaches the finish line the fastest, but the team with the best overall package of construction, performance, and financial and sales planning.
The project puts the students in the role of an automobile manufacturer developing a prototype and aims to provide them with extensive practical knowledge of the entire process of creating a product, in addition to the usual theoretical knowledge gained at university.
As the Dornier Group, we are very pleased to have been able to support the FaSTTUbe team from the Technical University of Berlin as a sponsor last season. With its electric car, the team was able to achieve a top 10 ranking at the Formula Student Germany in Hockenheim!
