Redesign of the Maria Hilf quarter in Bad Mergentheim

Together with the parish of St. Johannes, we have redesigned the Maria Hilf district. With the aim of ensuring a high quality of life for residents in the future, a sustainable urban development concept was drawn up that combines expertise from the fields of engineering and architecture.

The construction project for the restructured Carolinum care home was carefully planned and implemented in an area near the heart of Bad Mergentheim. A particular challenge here was the demolition of the old nursing home after completion of the new building. When redesigning the buildings, we also focused our attention on the outdoor facilities for the entire quarter. In addition to PV systems, green roof areas were also included in the concept.

With this redesign project, we were able to demonstrate our diverse expertise.
