Improving air quality with e-fleets!

Sustainable mobility strategies are only effective when backed by a strong commitment from all relevant stakeholders. Participation by decision-makers is vital for the successful implementation of the mobility transition.

While traffic management uses signals, signs and street design to regulate people and goods flow, mobility management addresses the cause of mobility: The human need to go from A to B! A significant goal of mobility management is encouraging people to move towards sustainable and healthy mobility behaviours. It requires specific strategies and programs for schools (school mobility management), companies (corporate mobility management), developers and district managers (municipal mobility management). Communication and information campaigns are critical for engaging the many stakeholder groups for a mobility transition.

For over 60 years, Dornier has supported governments and municipalities in founding and developing mobility institutions. Today, we will reflect on how to activate stakeholders effectively for mobility transitions.
