Dornier meets Paris-Sorbonne University Abu Dhabi: Development of young talents
In the Middle East, companies are increasingly challenged to hire locals in their businesses and branches. Therefore, we are delighted by the invitation extended by Sorbonne University in Abu Dhabi. Hafsa Khan, our HR Manager in Abu Dhabi, had the opportunity to present Dornier, provide valuable insights into our corporate culture, and participate in a series of seminars.
Strengthening the local workforce and nurturing young talent have been our top priorities in the region since last year. To achieve these goals, we will be implementing programs. For instance, we are collaborating with the German-Emirati Institute to allocate local internship positions as part of the Jusoor Leadership Program.
