We are proud to announce the successful completion of the Khatlon Public Transport Project!
In collaboration with the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, the Khatlon Region of Tajikistan has achieved a major milestone: a better public transportation system for the rural areas of the country!
- New buses are now serving the most populated region of Tajikistan!
- Modern depots ensure smooth maintenance and operations.
- Efficient schedules and a robust maintenance system keep everything running smoothly.
Thanks to the support from Dornier and our partners, the new public bus operator SCUE “Bokhtarnakliyothizmatrason” has successfully launched regular bus services within Bokhtar and connected surrounding areas.
Key Highlights of the project:
- E-ticketing for easy and transparent ticket sales.
- Sustainable structures and advanced management.
- Optimized bus routes for better service.
- Extensive training for the SCUE team.
Since its start on June 13, 2019, and completion in August 2024, this project has revolutionized the transport landscape in Bokhtar. It promotes economic growth, social inclusion, and environmental protection.
