Recap: RailwayTech Indonesia 2024
The railroad world was on the move at RailwayTech Indonesia 2024 in Jakarta! 250 top companies from land, rail and maritime transport came together from July 30 to 31 to discuss, among other things, the latest innovations in the industry, framework conditions, as well as opportunities and challenges of Indonesian mass transit.
The trade fair, a hotspot for the rail industry, attracted many industry experts as well as decision-makers. Among them: the light rail operators MRT Jakarta and LRT Jakarta. The perfect opportunity for us to strengthen Dornier’s presence in Southeast Asia.
Our takeaway from the trade fair? Local transportation in Indonesia is on the verge of major changes! Endless growth potential, supported by strong framework conditions and cooperation. The motto: Strategic planning and innovation are the key to a sustainable light rail network for the constantly growing population.
